PAUL ROGERS |
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In 1998 Mr. Rogers helped launch NuEworld.com, one of the first ecommerce
Network Marketing companies in the United States. As
Vice-President of NuEworld, he assisted in the successful merger of the
company with Lexxus International, a Network Marketing company
based in Dallas, Texas with operations in 15 countries. At Lexxus
International Mr. Rogers assumed the role of the Vice President of
Sales and traveled the world extensively, working with the global
leadership, from India, China, Europe and Mexico to name a few.
During his tenure with Lexxus the name was changed to NHT Global
and the company was accepted onto the NASDAQ National Market. In
2005 Mr. Rogers was promoted to President of NHT Global for North
America and Europe where he helped the company expand into twenty
seven additional countries. Mr. Rogers was President until 2008 when
he resigned to help launch Digital Media Group, Inc. and Vortexity. Mr.
Rogers is a graduate of Baylor University, class of “89, with a Bachelor
of Arts in Communications and a Minor in Fine Arts Drama. Mr. Rogers
lives on a farm/ranch outside of Dallas Texas with his beautiful wife and
their three amazing children.

PRESIDENT
Over the past thirty six years, Mr. Rogers has helped thousands of
churches of every size and denomination raise billions of dollars for
major building projects. Del has helped start many successful
businesses. Del has served on many Company and Non-Profit boards
and committees. Mr. Rogers is a nationally known author and is a
frequent keynote speaker at management, leadership and stewardship
conferences and conventions. Del is a graduate of Baylor University,
Waco, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He
and his wife, Judy, have been married for 50 years. They have three
children and ten of the most wonderful grandchildren in the world.
RICHARD A. PIEMONTE |
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
From March 2003 to the present, Mr. Piemonte has been a partner at
Robbins and Piemonte, LLC, a business management and accounting
firm based in New York that services numerous well-known
entertainment clients. From January 2001 to February 2003, he served
as a director of Provident Financial Management, the business
management and accounting services division of American Express Tax
and Business Services, Inc. From May 1996 to January 2001, Mr.
Piemonte served as President of Family Office and Financial Services,
Inc., a business management and accounting services company.
